How to stream their next shows in San Francisco for free

Metallica is gearing up for two big shows in its hometown of San Francisco next week, and fans around the world can watch these shows for free in the comfort of their own homes.

The iconic metal band has teamed up with The Coda Collection to air their December 17-19 shows at SF’s Chase Center on their 40th anniversary. According to a press release, “Metallica fans around the world will be able to watch both performances live from their homes or on mobile via Amazon Music, Amazon Music’s Twitch channel, and Prime Video (with or without a Prime subscription on demand). ) starting at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET / 5 a.m. GMT / 2 p.m. JST every night.

After the concerts, they will be available for additional viewing on The Coda Collection / Prime Video Channel.

The press release further notes: “The live broadcast + 40th anniversary films are just the beginning, marking the start of a broad partnership between The Coda Collection and Metallica, which will include a full roster of concert films, documentaries and additional content covering the group’s career. arriving on the channel exclusively throughout 2022, alongside popular musical films such as Foo Fighters, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead and many more.
